1.If your booking is going to cancel for any cause then 30% cancellation charge out of total room rent is our cancellation charge & balance deposited amount will refund to the party after 15 days of the cancellation by the approval of management.
2.If the Party will not arrive within 24hrs of check in time or will not give any information within this period the total deposited amount is going to be forfeited.
Any Pets is not allowed with the customer inside room or outside the Hotel premises/The Customers check the Hotel Room amenities and use it carefully.
